Q Do you guarantee your products or services?
A Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call for a return. Click here for Contact Us page
Q What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.
Q What is your return policy?
A We accept returns only within 30 day from the day of receipt of merchandise. There will be a 5% restocking fee on items returned for refund ( this 5% is a non refundable fee that is charged by credit companies to us when the customers card is charged ).Furthermore, shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable for any reason. There will be no refund on used / worn watches. We do not sell used watches. After trying on the watch you have purchased if it is not entirely to your liking and you would like to return it just send it to the address found in the Contact Page.
Q What about volume discounts?
A These are available on a case by case basis. On certain brands we may be able to negotiate better prices with the manufacturer. Let us know what you need and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q Do you accept International transactions?
A Yes we do! Orders from Indonesia, Nigeria, Malaysia are not accepted. Shipping is around $30 and it takes around a week to arrive. We will mark your item as a gift with a $50 value to help in the customs.
Q Are All Watches Boxed and Warranted?
A Yes, all watches are in gift boxes and have a warranty.

- Seiko Most items have 3 year Manufacturer's Warranty and Original Box Some International models carry our own one year Warranty and Our Gift Box.

Q Why are your watches so cheap? Are they refurbished or used?
A No, all of our watches are BRAND NEW, fresh from the factory. The reason why our prices is so cheap is because we cut down our profits so that we can sell alot to as many customer as possible. We are a small family run business with low operating costs, so our mark-up is substantially less then many other shops. We have a 30 day money back gaurantee, so you have nothing to be worried about.
Q Which states do you charge taxes?
A We only charge taxes for California (CA) residents at a rate of 7.5%.
Q How much is shipping?
A You will be given many shipping options during checking out. It ranges from anywhere from $5 to $20 depending on how fast you want it.
Q Why is it when I put the tracking number on the USPS website, it shows that there is no record for that number?
A The USPS website takes almost 2 days to update their website after the package is shipped.
Q The website states that my credit card is declined but I still see a charge on my card! What's going on?
A Whenever you place an online order, the bank checks to see if the funds are available in the cardholder account. If the transaction is declined, the amount will still show on your statement, but IT WILL BE REVERSED within 48 hours after the transaction. That amount will stay on your statement after the merchant settles the transaction on their side. You can call your bank to confirm this.
Q What is the difference between the PRG and the PAG Casio Pathfinder models?
A There is no difference between those models in terms of features or functionality. It's just that in Europe, they prefix the pathfinders models PRG and in the US, PAG.
Q Do you carry all of your watches in stock?
A We carry most of the watches we sell in stock, but some are not. If you need to confirm your watch's availability, please give us a call.
Q Are you an Authorized Seiko Dealer?
A Yes we are! Due to Seiko regulations, however, we
cannot ship Seiko watches to International countries.
